The Dendrobium Orchid Gatton Sunray is a hybrid orchid of pulchellum × illustre . A study was aimed to find the best type medium and banana for multiplication Protocorm-Like Bodies (PLBs) this orchid. This research conducted from February September 2020 at Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory, Faculty Agriculture, University Bengkulu. Treatments included media cultivar ripe fruit, added as source organic complex, consisted 4 cultivars, namely Ambon Curup, Kepok, Tanduk Mas. Ripe bananas were mashed in vitro much 50 g.L - 1. Types consist Murashige Skoog (MS), ½ Doses (MS) media, Complex fertilizer media. results showed that MS with 1 cv. Kepok fruit produced greatest (11.8 PLBs per jar), growth PLBs, including number (28.5 heaviest fresh weight (1.30 g jar) longest (2.56 cm).
